Return Policy

Here at Zero Skin, we want our customers to be able to shop with confidence.

You can return items for a full refund as long as it is within the 30 days of receiving the products and items are unused and in original packaging.

You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the product to us.

We will offer you store credit or will credit your original payment method.

We generally cannot accept returns if the product has been opened or used, unless the product is damaged or defective.


Refunds Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

A 25% restocking fee, plus shipping costs will be charged on all returns.



We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United Kingdom.
